About us

Rotary is a worldwide organization of representatives from the business world and from the liberal professions that provides humanitarian service, encourages high ethical standards in business and professional life and works to build goodwill and peace in the world.

Rotary worldwide

There are 1,220,115 Rotarians belonging to more than 200 countries and geographical regions.

The membership of a Rotary club is a cross-section of the businessmen and people from the liberal professions who are present in a certain community. Everywhere in the world Rotary clubs come together weekly. They are not political, religious, cultural, racial or class-bound.

Our vision

The main objective of a Rotary club is service, within the own community, on the work floor, at national and international level. Rotarians work out projects related to the service to the community, which focus on the most critical problems of the moment, such as the health of the children, poverty, hunger, environmental care, illiteracy and violence.
